Reservations are accepted up to a year in advance, and we routinely confirm same-day bookings when chauffeurs are available. For airport pickups and corporate trips, 24 hours' notice guarantees a vehicle. Wedding, gala, and event bookings should be reserved at least 2 weeks ahead to secure scheduling.
Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before pickup. 50% refund between 24 hours and 1 hour before pickup. Within 1 hour of pickup the reservation is forfeit, unless an extraordinary circumstance (bereavement, plan change, event cancelled) is approved by our team. Full policy: /policies.
Yes — YOW transfers are our most-booked service. We track your flight in real-time, include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time on delayed arrivals, and offer optional meet-and-greet at the terminal.
We monitor every airport pickup against your flight number, so your chauffeur arrives when you actually land — not when the original schedule said. The first 60 minutes of wait time after touchdown are complimentary.
A dedicated chauffeur on standby for your booked duration — meetings, errands, multi-stop evenings, or executive day rates. Two-hour minimum. Bottled water, climate-controlled cabin, Wi-Fi, and discretion included throughout.
Yes. We run long-distance executive transfers across Ontario and Québec — Ottawa to Toronto, Ottawa to Montréal, Ottawa to Kingston, and points between. Wi-Fi, refreshments, and a private cabin make 4-5 hour drives meaningful working or rest time.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and corporate invoice for billed accounts. All transactions in Canadian Dollars. Cards are charged after the trip completes for signed-in members; guest bookings prepay at checkout.
Yes. Corporate accounts include manager approval workflows, configurable spend limits (default $100 per trip), bi-weekly invoicing, and per-employee budgets. Family accounts share a single billing card across multiple linked members — adults can book on their own; children under 16 must be booked by a parent on the account.
Personal-account bookings: gratuity is the passenger's discretion and never added automatically. Corporate accounts can opt into an auto-tip percentage that applies to all members' trips and rolls into the cycle invoice.
