How an Airport Pickup Works
Your flight number, your address and how many are travelling. From there the pickup follows the aircraft, not the schedule.
Give us the flight, the address and the number of Guests and pieces of luggage. The booking page shows the fare before you confirm, and you choose meet-and-greet if you want your chauffeur inside the terminal.
From departure to touchdown we follow it in real time. Early, on time or late, the pickup moves with the aircraft. You get a message when your chauffeur is assigned and again when they are on the way.
Your chauffeur is in place 15 minutes before the wheels touch down: inside the terminal at arrivals with meet-and-greet, or at the curb, reachable by phone or text the moment you land. Bags are loaded and the cabin is set to your temperature before you sit down.
Getting To and From YOW
Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport sits about ten kilometres south of Parliament Hill, at the end of the Airport Parkway. In normal traffic the drive to a downtown hotel takes around twenty minutes; Kanata, Orléans and Barrhaven take longer, and the Parkway slows at rush hour. We plan the pickup time around the conditions of the day, not the map's best case.
One terminal, so there is no question of which door. Your chauffeur meets you at arrivals or at the curb, loads the luggage and has the cabin ready before you sit down. If the flight is delayed we know before you do, and the first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are complimentary.
Tell us the departure time and the airline and we suggest a pickup time with the margin your flight needs: longer for a US or international departure, shorter for a domestic one. The chauffeur is at your door 15 minutes before the agreed time, so the morning starts calm.

Airport Transfers

24 hours' notice guarantees a vehicle. We confirm same-day bookings whenever a chauffeur is available, and reservations are taken around the clock.
Tell us the number of pieces when you book: one piece is one large piece or two small pieces, and hand luggage is not counted. We assign the vehicle to fit, the Lexus LS460L for up to three Guests or the Lincoln Navigator L, with its extended cargo area, for larger parties or more luggage.

The fare is fixed and shown on the booking page before you confirm, once we have the addresses, the date and the party size. There is no meter, and traffic on the day does not change it.
Yes. Choose Round trip above. Both legs are booked together as two linked Journeys with one confirmation, and you can give us the return flight number so we track that flight too.
Full refund more than 24 hours before pickup. 50% refund between 24 hours and 1 hour before pickup. Within 1 hour of pickup the reservation is forfeit, unless an extraordinary circumstance is approved by our team. Full policy: /policies.
