How Hourly Works
No re-booking between stops, no second car, no app to open. One chauffeur for the hours you choose.
Two to twelve on the booking bar, longer by phone. The rate is by the hour for the class you book; where you go inside those hours, and how far, does not change it.
Between stops the car waits where you left it, or as close as the street allows, with the cabin kept at your temperature and your things safe inside.
Add a stop, change the order, stretch lunch. Tell the chauffeur as it happens. If the day runs past the hours, ask to extend and the time is added to the same booking.
What the Hours Are For
Parliament Hill in the morning, Kanata at noon, a dinner in the Market at seven. You step out at the door each time and the car is waiting when you come out, with nothing to find and nowhere to park.
The National Arts Centre, a restaurant in Wellington West, a gala at the Shaw Centre: one car for the whole night, outside when you are ready to leave.
Appointments, a shopping afternoon, visiting family across the city, a day of showings with an agent. The chauffeur loads and unloads, and the bags stay in the car.

What Is Different
The price is set by the hours, not the kilometres, and the plan is set by you.
One rate for the class you book, however far the hours take you. Nothing is counted but the time.
Wi-Fi and chargers in both vehicles, so the time between stops is working time if you want it to be.
Bottled water, your temperature, your music. The car is as you left it every time you come back to it.
Every door opened, every bag loaded and unloaded, and your things kept safe in the car between stops.
The dinner runs long, the meeting runs over: ask the chauffeur, and when the schedule allows the hours grow with you.
Every chauffeur is licensed and insured, in a Crown & Coach vehicle. Not a taxi, not a rideshare.

No. By the hour, the rate is flat for the class you book and the kilometres do not matter. Where the hours take you is up to you, Montréal included.
Yes. Ask your chauffeur. When the schedule allows, the extra time is added to the same booking at the hourly rate.
Elite is the Lexus LS460L, a long-wheelbase executive sedan for up to three Guests. Platinum is the 2022 Lincoln Navigator L, a full-size SUV seating six in captain's chairs. Choose the class when you book and we send the vehicle.
Yes. That is what the hours are for: the car waits as close as the street allows and is ready the moment you come out, with the cabin kept at your temperature.
Yes. Enter the passenger's name and phone number when booking, a parent, a visitor or a colleague, and they receive the chauffeur's details while the booking stays with you.
Full refund more than 24 hours before pickup. 50% refund between 24 hours and 1 hour before pickup. Within 1 hour of pickup the reservation is forfeit, unless an extraordinary circumstance is approved by our team. Full policy: /policies.
