How a Wedding Day Runs
The pickups are planned backward from the moment you need to be at the door, with time for photographs and for the things that run late.

15 minutes before the first pickup, cabin prepared, water on board. The chauffeur opens doors, places garment bags and flowers where they will not crease, and stays out of the photographs unless asked in.
The car and chauffeur stay with you between the ceremony, the photographs and the reception, so there is no second car to call and nothing to coordinate. At the end of the night the same chauffeur takes you home or to the hotel.
Who Rides Where
The couple travel in the Lexus LS460L, Lexus's flagship long-wheelbase sedan, with a rear seat that reclines and room for a gown. The wedding party, parents or family from out of town travel in the Lincoln Navigator L, six in captain's chairs with the luggage behind. Book both and they move together; book one for the couple and let the party follow.
The lookouts of Gatineau Park, the Rideau Canal locks, the Arboretum, Major's Hill Park with Parliament behind it: tell us the photographer's plan and the stops are built into the hours. Nothing is rushed because a meter is running. There is no meter.
Airport pickups for family flying in, cars for the morning after, a car for the parents on the day: booked by one person for everyone, each Journey with its own confirmation and chauffeur, through the same booking page. See airport transfers.

What Is Different
The car is the one part of the day that should need no attention from you.
15 minutes before every pickup, complimentary. The schedule is built around the ceremony, not the other way round.
Garment bags, flowers and the small things ride with you, placed where they will not crease or spill, and handed over at the door.
The chauffeur opens every door and steps out of the photographer's frame, unless you want the car in the picture.
A later ceremony, a new photo stop, one more pickup: tell the chauffeur and the hours flex with you.
Your day is not our content. No photographs, no posts, no names, not then and not after.
Every chauffeur is licensed and insured, in a Crown & Coach vehicle. Not a limousine company, not a rideshare.

Weddings
At least two weeks before the date, and earlier for a summer or early-autumn Saturday. Reservations are taken up to a year in advance.
By the hour, usually: the car and chauffeur stay with you for the whole day, with a two-hour minimum, and nothing has to be re-booked between the ceremony, the photographs and the reception. A single transfer, for example from the reception to the hotel at the end of the night, can be booked one way.
The Lexus LS460L seats up to three Guests, and is the car for the couple. The 2022 Lincoln Navigator L seats six in captain's chairs, for the wedding party or family. Book both and nine travel together.
Tell us when you book what you would like on or in the car, and we will confirm what works with the vehicle and plan the time for it.

A 15% gratuity for your chauffeur is added to every Journey, calculated on the fare after any credits and before HST, and shown as its own line on your receipt. You are welcome to add more for exceptional service. Details: gratuity and tax.
Ask your chauffeur to extend. When the schedule allows, the extra time is added to the same booking at the hourly rate, and nobody is left looking for a car at the end of the night.
Full refund more than 24 hours before pickup. 50% refund between 24 hours and 1 hour before pickup. Within 1 hour of pickup the reservation is forfeit, unless an extraordinary circumstance is approved by our team. Full policy: /policies.

The date, the ceremony time, the addresses and how many are travelling. We reply with a plan for the cars and the hours, and the booking is confirmed only when you say so.
